By road
From La Rochelle, take the signs on the bypass marked Île de Ré, and without entering the town, go over the bridge and follow the signs to the south to Sainte-Marie-de-Ré.
By plane
Departure / Arrival: Laleu-La Rochelle Airport (10 minutes from the Relais Thalasso).
By train
TGV, leave from Paris-Montparnasse, arrive at La Rochelle: 3 hours. Of course, you can book your taxi ahead by contacting our Atalante reception (€8)
